Matthew Harrison, AIF® - Financial Advisor

Matthew brings over 15 years of industry experience working with high-net-worth families and business owners to Golden West Financial.

Matthew graduated from Arizona State University - W.P. Carey School of Business with honors Cum Laude, with a degree in Business Law.  Throughout Matthew’s career, he has carried titles as Vice President of investments, with companies like JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Merrill Lynch.

Before entering the finance industry, Matthew honorably served 5 years with the United States Marine Corps and obtained the rank of Sergeant (E-5). Matthew served with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, Weapons Company. Matthew was Honorably Discharged as a Combat Veteran for time spent in Fallujah, Iraq; and surrounding areas.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children at their home in Gilbert, AZ. He enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and traveling with his family when he can get away.

 Matthew is the Vice President of the Saint Mary's Food Bank Alliance Endowment Board, and his family are active sponsors of the Wounded Warrior Project, the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA (AAWL), and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
